When i first watched the video my interest was sparked when i heard the words designers aren’t writers which kinda struck a chord with me and grabbed my attention. Another great concept (there are many!) given through the narration is that you wouldn’t think about the design of your toothbrush unless it was badly designed. Which is very true.

The design of things escapes most people, the same way someone might not consciously notice the use of different fonts until they are first introduced to them. But once you learn about something like fonts you then notice them everywhere. It’s the same with design, once we realize what design is we then see it in everything.
